Hollowness creates sound. Vibrations radiate out of an empty region. Because of silence, sound is perceived.  Because of the empty, the vessel exists. The cup forms around the empty. It's purpose is owing to the empty.

With this Wheel the individual begins to function as an instrument through which the light of the Higher Octaves may be offered to creation, unceasingly and without distortion. The individual radiates the knowledge and power from the Higher Octaves, and experiences the Cosmic Energy circulating everywhere.
